I love to discuss about holistic life styles and ways to improve our health, education and relation with the world around us.

I am also a fan of the DIY movement. My need to know what is in what my children wear and eat has driven me here. If you are not to saavy at DIY, there are many crafters in USA that have wonderful products for our family and many fun resources to help us go through our personal challenges.
